Shop Policy

SHOP POLICY

Please beware that by completing an order, you subsequently agree to the following terms:

  • All items in the shop are PREORDER.

For physical items, shipping will only start after the preorder deadline ends and production has been completed for all items being offered in this shop. We expect to start shipping in August 2024, however, production delays may result in shipping delays. The progression of the production and shipping phases will be shared on our social media. Please be sure to keep up with us on Twitter and Tumblr (@NightfallZine for both).

The PDF version of the book will also only be made available once shipping of the physical book and merch begins, even if you have preordered only the PDF file.

  • Sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.

After a order is placed, items cannot be changed for any reason. Please select your bundle carefully before checking out.

Address changes can be arranged before shipping starts as long as the change is informed in a timely manner via our email ([email protected]) or via our Twitter DMs. Make sure to include the Order Number if you require such a change. We will announce on our social media the final days for adress changes before shipping begins.

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items deriving customer error. Please ensure your mailing information is complete and correct when completing your order. No replacements or refunds will be issued to address custommer errors.

If a package is returned to the sender due to postal service issues or address errors, the additional shipping fee will need to be paid by the customer if a second delivery attempt is desired. Should you not wish for a second delivery attempt, a refund of the bundle (minus the shipping cost) will be issued.

Should there be any incorrect or missing items in your order, you are re provide us with an unboxing video and we will do our best to fix the error.

 

  • Please bear in mind the production and shipping time before ordering. As is custommary with such products, the time gap between placing and order and receiving the package will be over 2 months.

Postal services are provided by third parties and are therefore not under our control. Once the package is shipped, we do not take resposability for postal delays, nor for damaged or lost items. You will receive a tracking number for your package, although its functionability/ readiness may vary depending on which country you are ordering from.

Shipping Time Estimates:

- USA: 3 weeks to a month

- Europe: 3 weeks to a month

- Latin America: 2 weeks to a month

- Asia/INTL: A month
